I am happy to take your questions but quite often it's quicker and easier to join the list and search its online archive, as most issues have been discussed. If you don't find a good enough answer in the archive, don't be afraid to "ask the list"!

You can join the list by clicking here to launch a subscription e-mail from your e-mail client. All you have to do is send it! Or to do it manually, send an e-mail to eab@lists.serversmiths.com with "subscribe elefant" (minus the " marks) in the subject line.

Once you have been approved, you will receive an introductory e-mail and the login details for the archive.

Make sure to introduce yourself to the list once you join!

Also, please be aware that I don't administer the list. You can contact the list admin using the details that will arrive with the introductory e-mail.
